The DoMiProt team brings together experts in proteomics, bioinformatics, dairy science, and pediatric nutrition. Our mission is to advance the understanding of donkey milk proteins and support the development of hypoallergenic infant formulas for children with cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA).
