DoMiProt is a cross-disciplinary team of researchers from food science and computer science. Our mission is to advance the understanding of donkey milk proteins and to establish a reliable, user-friendly database for researchers, facilitating future studies in this field.
MoHan Li
Dr. Mohan Li, a Han Chinese scholar, was born in July 1994 in Fushun, Liaoning. He currently holds the position of Associate Professor at the College of Food Science, Shenyang Agricultural University, specializing in the research and development of processing techniques and applications for animal-derived food products.
Kang Haokun
An undergraduate student at Shenyang Agricultural University with research capabilities in the interdisciplinary field of food science and computer science.
