Donkey Milk Proteome Database

A curated resource for proteomics research and hypoallergenic infant formula development.

About DoMiProt

DoMiProt is the first dedicated database cataloging proteins in donkey (Equus asinus) milk. It integrates mass spectrometry data, functional annotations, structural predictions, and allergenicity assessments to support nutritional science and biotechnology.

Our mission is to accelerate the development of safe, sustainable alternatives to bovine-based infant formulas—especially for children with cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA).
